It was opened in 1962 by Salamancan businessman Ignacio Coca. It initially had 35 rooms, but high demand has led to three expansions and it is now a grand luxury hotel with 173 rooms, 20 villas.
This property is a 9-minute walk from the beach. This stylish hotel is 500 m from the beach in a quiet area of Marbella. It features an outdoor pool, beach club, rooms with balconies or terrace and free Wi-Fi. Puerto Banús is 15 km away.

Fun fact!
Its restaurant, was the first Spanish hotel to receive a Michelin Star. In fact, Los Monteros introduced the French invention of a fish slice into Spain.
The hotel serves a daily buffet breakfast including champagne in the poolside Flamingo restaurant. There is also an à la carte restaurant, El Corzo.
The hotel has a big garden where you can relax! This bridge soon became my favorite spot.

Hotel Los Monteros is less than 200 m from Santa Clara Golf Club. The centre of Marbella can be reached in 7 minutes by car, Málaga Airport is 45 km away and Gibraltar is a 55-minute drive from the property.

Real Room
The hotel’s most emblematic event room. With capacity for up to 350 people and more than 5,059 ft2 in size, it is the perfect stage for a large-scale event.
This room offers great versatility, since it can be divided into 3 sections depending on the number of attendants and the different work areas needed. The height of its ceilings together with the open-plan layout and its natural light are the perfect combination for the success of any kind of event.
Patio Rooms
Event rooms located around an Andalusian-style courtyard, one of the most charming spaces in Hotel Los Monteros. Characterised by their natural light and division in different sections, they are ideal for hosting meetings or events with a low number of attendants (15-50).
The hotel also offers Bridge room and other spaces like open-plan spaces with adjustable furniture for small meetings and exhibitions.
